Silence waves. Visceral, close, familiar and intimate paintings. The Cote mother´s illnes and the partial lack of communication, the presence of strange persons in the famili house, the expectant emptiness between life and death, faith and the ritual of livirg itself. The nurses deliver sheets of the clinical diary, also the mother with her written personal notes, now they are pictorial suport, while the mother sends messages of life, of struggle.
All these planes of reality are combined in calculated compositions, but which in the end are defined in the stroke and in the gesture.
